Horseback Rhino Holiday
We are part of something that matters.
This is not a traditional safari.
It is a slower, quieter way of moving through the landscape; on horseback, close to the ground, present in the moment.
Wildlife is not approached. It is encountered.
Rhinos, buffalo, giraffe, zebra and antelope move freely through the reserve, shaping each day in an unscripted way.
At the same time, your presence contributes to a wider idea:
that being there, consistently and consciously, plays a role in conservation and protection.

THE EXPERIENCE
Over ten days, the experience unfolds naturally.
Mornings begin on horseback, riding out across open terrain.
Afternoons slow down — time with the horses, the land, and the rhythm of the bush.
There is no repetition, no fixed pattern.
Each day builds on the last.
Moments along the way include:
-
riding alongside wildlife in open landscapes
-
a remote sleep-out experience in safari tents
-
long, unhurried bush lunches
-
sundowners in changing light
-
a night drive through the reserve
-
and time spent in Kruger National Park, with the possibility of encountering the Big Five
ACCOMMODATION
The experience is based at a boutique lodge, set alongside the horses.
Designed with simplicity and attention to detail, it offers a comfortable and relaxed space to return to after time in the bush.
-
En-suite rooms
-
Swimming pool
-
Bar and communal spaces
-
A natural connection between lodge and stables
One night is spent away from the main lodge, in safari tents set in a remote part of the reserve.
Another night is spent in the Kruger National Park rest camp.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF TRAVEL
This experience sits between two worlds; where travel becomes more intentional, and time in nature feels more connected.
You ride.
You observe.
You become part of the environment around you.
